Some days you know you are the ‘I Am’ you hear about.

The wholeness, and joy, the expression of Divine being.

In that moment you are completely at one, whole and still,

at peace with yourself. And then things fall into place.

This year is moving to a close.

We can see where we were

and where we are now. Sometimes it looks good,

sometimes we feel sorrow.

To be in a year at all is a blessing.

To have the time to ponder, regret

and absorb is a joy, and soon we will cycle around again.

How will we make the next one?

With love?

Mankind knows how to be 
when it’s at its best.
It knows that sense
Of silent awe, 
an intake of purity, a paused thought
Of home, of peace for all
A deep alignment, a care
For fairness, giving, welcome,
Heart-stanced infinite love to share
Let’s be what we cannot help but be
Man-kind.

This is your day, Divinity
Not ours to moan and cry
We should be rejoicing
Not voicing
Our fears and ego’s claims
On why and how did this or that
Become our life.

Each day is Yours 
All good is there, and here
Blessings raining down
Each day is brimful for 
Our cupped hands
To be enhanced, to know the gold.

A haven that remains in place
Regardless of the view
For us to pick and choose
The parts we wish to make 
our own
To see beneath the veil 
And make ourselves completely whole.

If there’s one thing you want or need to hear today 

is it that you are loved?

Well, you are loved.

And another thing … 

You are cared for.

Also  …

You are held in the highest esteem

And finally …

You are what you were always meant to be.

Just being it is how you feel loved.

When the world asks so much of us

And we are tired of the trials

I wonder when enough is enough

And I hear the answer

’It never is.’

When we are at our lowest

Love is still there, somewhere

Even if it’s hidden far from view

It is still there.

When we are at our saddest

Comfort is there, somewhere

Even if it is hard won 

It is still there.

Where we are finished giving

Reserves are there, somewhere

Even if they are  buried deep 

They are still there.

When we seem entirely empty

We reach inside and find more

Because we are born with

A sacred something 

Which will always be there.

Comedian Robin Williams said: There’s this thing called the brain. The brain is one thing which controls bodily functions then there’s this other thing which is divine called the Mind. There is Deity within you, that divine thing, that spark. That thing, that is Soul.

What do You want us to know most of all?

That you are loved beyond understanding

That you are capable beyond measure

That you are here to be divinity expressed

That you will always grow toward goodness

That you never will be left without help

That all space is filled with My love for you

That there is always an answer  

That you may not always understand

That you make a difference in the world.
